TOULOUSE, France (September 1st, 2011) – VSO Software releases today VSO Downloader, a free application to download multimedia files.The freeware enables download from thousands of online video sites, including Youtube and Megavideo.

VSO Downloader automatically detects and downloads streaming videos and audio files while surfing the internet.  The software works “in the background”, making it compatible with any web browser and supporting the various forms of streaming content.
The clear and minimalist style interface allows straightforward use.

It supports the main VPNs and proxy servers, as well as SOCKS5 protocols and HTTP.
