"Thank you for creating a great, and I mean GREAT piece of software in ConvertXToDVX. After spending two very long, late, repetitive, frustrating and resultless nights with Roxio 10.0 trying to simply convert and write two small AVI educational files for my chiropractic health care practice to DVD, I literally uninstalled that maddening program and tossed it, with all of its fancy frills out the window. I think I heard a cat scream when it crashed into the ally below!

I installed your demo and in a few easy steps with excellent reporting of burn status from the application, it quickly produced a perfect DVD. It also told me right away in a nice lady's voice, that my AVI had a problem and on the first burn, it told me that my DVD media might be hosed, which it was. Knowing that I had to reformat my AVI and use better DVD media helped me solve the problem quickly. ConvertXToDVD was ten times faster than Roxio as well and your online knowledge base helped immensely in troubleshooting the incompatible AVI and the DVD media problem that your application recognized. I will always buy Verbatim DVD discs heretofore!

All I can say is, BRAVO and thank you for making a GREAT, to-the-point product! It gives me hope that there still is quality life out there in the far and remote corners of the internet!!!"
